Master aligner therapy, one module at a time.

The year that takes a general dentist from referring aligner cases out, to running them with confidence. The 2026 cohort has just finished that year. The 2027 seats are open.

We don't teach theory. We teach the confidence to treat.

A year of real cases, hands-on sessions, and mentorship that closes the gap between the lecture hall and Monday morning. You leave able to plan, treat, and finish aligner cases in your own chair.

The 2026 cohort · a year in four chapters

This year really happened.

Week 1, day 1 · The Hoxton, Brussels
Chapter i · Winter

Strangers walk in. A cohort walks out.

The year opens at The Hoxton in Brussels: a private offsite room, a small group, and the first case on the screen before the coffee is finished. From the first morning, this is not a conference. Everyone is here to work.

Chapter ii · March 6–8

Attachments, mechanics, your own hands.

By March the theory has to survive contact with a typodont. Attachment placement, IPR, tracking checks, done and redone under the curing light until the movement you planned is the movement you get.

Case review · guest faculty
Chapter iii · June 19–21

Every case on the screen, every screen challenged.

Screen by screen: planning software, tracking checks, finished smiles. Faculty and invited guest speakers take the room through real cases, one decision at a time. This is the part no textbook can do.

PEBS clinic visit · Brussels
Chapter iv · Final weekend: October 16–18

Inside a clinic that runs 3,200 aligner cases.

The cohort walks the floors of PEBS, Dr. Dumu's own practice, to see the whole machine at work: the workflow, the team, the patient experience. The year closed on October 18. The 2027 chairs are set again.

Straight from the cohort's feed

No brochure. Just their year.

These are the weekend recaps exactly as they went out to the cohort's own following through the year: the modules, the guest speakers, the hands-on sessions, the next date. Unpolished on purpose.

Tap the phone to flip through. Weekend 2 closed with "the next training weekend will take place on June 19–21." It did.

By the end

You will know how to.

i

Diagnose and plan cases with digital tools like ClinCheck.

iii

Treat spacing, crowding, Class II and III, and open bite.

iv

Integrate a predictable aligner workflow into daily practice.

In their words

Our participants, unedited.

I learned tips and tricks with braces and aligners you don't hear in other courses. We covered more cases, more patients, how to work with Invisalign, working with insurances, practical tips, and troubleshooting.

Robine
Participant

It's nice that the group is quite small so we can all communicate, talk with each other, talk with the instructors. There's no shame. You can ask any question. By day two we were loosening up, and we dared to ask more.

Chloé
Participant

A strong and informative start. Day two brought even more practical and theoretical knowledge. I'd love more workshops to practice clinical planning myself.
